Organizational Data

If using our Service to buy books wholesale, organizational information regarding the buyer may include but is not limited to:

• Organizational name, email address, and phone number
• First name, last name, organizational title of the buyer
• Shipping address
• A valid wholesale/retail sales license number and state of issue
• Titles and number of books ordered, etc.

Our Service will collect the above data with forms and email it to us. The Service will not save any of this information. We will contact buyers personally regarding shipping rates, payments, etc. Note that wholesale services are only provided to retail buyers who have a retail sales license but cannot, usually due to size, order books from Ingram. We can only sell books wholesale to U.S. buyers.

Usage Data

Our Service infrastructure collects information on how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your host's Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, which pages you visit and the time you spend on those pages. The purpose of this data is to improve the Service for our users. There is no Personal Data about individuals in the Usage Data. Currently, all Usage Data is kept on our web site host with its infrastructure software. This Usage Data may be sent to an external analysis system such as Google Analytics, if we choose.

We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service, but third-party services linked to by our Service may do so. As stated in our Terms and Conditions we have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the practices of any third party web sites or services.
